New keyboard issues

Got a new keyboard, but I cannot play ESO with it. It is like a constant roll/dodge is going on. Exactly like if you double tap the W key.
If take my hands off the keyboard, it acts like I've done double-tap on W over and over and over. Character wants to forward-roll across Tamriel.
I have no custom keybaord settings in ESO, or in Windows.
The W key acts completely normal in other apps, I tested in a browser search, in notepad, in Word.
If I put old keyboard back on, it works fine.

Is this the keyboard malfunctioning, or some setting?
Any ideas?

I would recommend putting in a ticket with our support team here so they can take a closer look at this issue.

If your keyboard is experiencing double key presses, you should try different USB ports on your PC in case some are having a hardware problem. You should also update drivers for your keyboard and mouse which may help resolve the issue. Finally try changing your keybindings and see if only certain keys have this issue.
