What is the 🚫 next to items listed with Rolis

Saw 🚫 next to most of the items listed with Rolis Hlaalu. Most of the items I have or have almost all of the items in the folios. And have the stations as well. It’s like that with any of my characters including my grand master crafter. Anyone know the reason for the 🚫? Picture of sone items that are marked. https://imgur.com/gallery/qCU5yWm

Do you have enough writ vouchers in your currency (not bank)?

Yes I do. I have over 1200. And it’s on there even on the provisioning station. I even bought a folio of Skyrim that I’m missing a couple furnishing plans from and was able to purchase it and had one that I didn’t know. The ebony and glass motif books both I have previously learned, one has the 🚫 on it and the other doesn’t. So it’s not on ones I have/don’t have. Maybe it’s just a glitch. Someone else posted on band they see the same thing.

We’ve made changes to certain items to allow for better understanding surrounding what can and cannot be sold. These changes should make the experience of selling items significantly more consistent and clearer.

[*] Any item that is listed as 0 gold in your inventory cannot be sold.
[*] Certain items that were previously listed as 0 gold in your inventory but could still be sold to merchants will now be valued at 1 gold. Items impacted by this change include:
[*] Weapons and armor picked up directly from clickable items throughout the environment
[*] Certain crafting materials
[*] Low level provisioning food and drink
[*] Lockpicks
[*] Items found in the tutorial

The sign shows up, if you cannot sell - in this case resell - it (and since the recent update/patch). Stuff that is bound on equip and such. At least that's what I put together from patch notes and the list from "my local Blacksmith" '- i.e. the Blacksmith Sign has that 🚫 - I can by it (money and crafter), but I could not resell it (bind on equip).
Same same is in front of my Crown Tri-Resto Potions or other stuff from daily login reward, btw.

Those stated above have nothing to do with Rolis Hlaalu the furnishing plan vendor. All the furnishing items, plans etc are resell-able. You buy these items with writ vouchers from turning in crafting writs. Unless they broke Rolis 🤣

It looks like this is just a visual glitch that's happening on the gamepad UI window. I wasn't able to recreate the same problem when using the keyboard UI. So this seems to be a bug that's only affecting the visuals for the gamepad controller, not necessarily anything wrong or broken with the full game. It's probably just a weird one-off mistake in the gamepad display code rather than a bigger issue.

This red Do Not Enter symbol is extremely annoying and clutters up the interface.

Is there a way to turn it off?

Many applications (and internet sites) use this symbol to indicate that an image that was supposed to appear in the UI at that point cannot be found, i.e. it indicates a broken image link. That may be the case here also.

There shouldn’t be an image beside the item. It’s to the left of each item. And the item is pictured. There’s never been anything to the left of the items before now. I’m on Xbox series S if that helps.

I wondered this too, though I wonder why things like the attunable stations have it but those have been sellable in the past.

Yes thank you. I searched yesterday before I posted but didn’t see anything. Just didn’t make sense to be on the buy page. So it is a visual glitch.
