Play button turns gray after pressing it

The play button turns gray when I press play and then nothing else happens. The game won't start on my laptop. Now I have a ryzen 7 7840HS/780M Integrated Graphics, and Nvidia RTX 4060 laptop, 16gb of ram, wired internet, and windows 11. I have tried the folloinwg, uninstalling and reinstalling all C++ apps, running compatibility test, Running compatibility troubleshooting, run as administrator, turned off antivirus, disabled the integrated graphics, reboot over 4x, updated all my drivers for both graphics, checked for bios updates, checked for windows updates, and I know I am forgetting some, added the game to Nvidia Control Panel for the dedicated to kick in. but that is all I can remember for now. On a side note, the game works perfectly on my desktop. So I am at a complete loss here. Thanks for anyone that helps out with this issue.

I did just now find the suggestions that are listed saying "read first" and none of that worked either.

HI,
I did all points above, nothing helps - its randomly giving mentioned error
Sometimes logging works fine, sometimes it will constantly gives mentioned error
