Can we deconstruct mythics to get our transmutes back yet?

It would be nice if we could decon the ones we get from scrying as well. It seems weird and poorly implemented that we have to destroy something that we end up not using after going through all the effort to get it.

We should be able to decon ones we create. I am starting to have too many mythics hogging up my space because I needed different traits, and I'd like the transmute back.
