After his accout was banned on on August 17，he sumitted tickets ,numbers are 230817-008980, 230825-008804
yet no reply at all.
I don't know why ZOS always ban player without any reason.
below is the pic that he leads a trial.
because of this ,we may lost a good leader foever.

Well for one, never submit more than one ticket on the same issue, have them close out one of the repeat tickets. Then wait for a response.
