Huh. Since none of you are specifying platform and server....
I'm on PC NA and EU, and I'm not having any issues at all other than my normal satellite high ping.

Given what you just said, what would us specifying what server and net type we are on would do good for, when you just said you're fine and on one of the high tier network types?.
I'm PC EU and on fiber net, if that's anything to go by.
Also the unplug, verify files gig stopped working some years ago. I've seen far too many Indian Youtubers pull that gig time and time again "check your drivers, turn off your PC", maybe it's the servers, just maybe (especially considering what happened last week to everyone else and the login systems completely being borked, that was absolutely not a "verify your files" issue).
When there are a dozen or more pages of reported issues in a short time then it's reasonable to assume there's a server problem. When there are only a handful of reported issues spread over 3 days then it's unlikely to be server-related and more likely to be network/ISP related. The key to resolving it is checking for common denominators, and that's why it's so important to specify platform and server together with real world location and ISP.
Since last week and days after Monday's update, people have been facing lag issues and continued login errors (that are not tied to their network side for errors, as the error logs state).
I even have a friend who has had to wait for a week now to finally get their Zeni ID manually changed by staff, because for some reason the official site wasn't allowing her to change the name, nor was I even allowed to change my own for the first time in years either (again, not our problem, but a Zeni one).
For the record and to make this clear on "advice giving", is anyone here actually a network engineer?, because if so there should be a thread stickied for such advice to be consulted with, instead of people asking where you're from and asking to do the usual ping trace and restarting the router (because I will tell you now, that does grate on people, even for me, that does get annoying and becomes a non solution).
