I have the imperial and the headstart and all I got was the monkey in the mailI have not recieved the mud crab or the scuttler, any word on this? I know supposedly april 4th but I see a lot of ppl running round with them, I also see people with a squirrel?

We are aware that there have been some discrepancies in the delivery of Imperial and Standard Edition digital perks and bonus items for players who pre-purchased or pre-ordered The Elder Scrolls Online.

For players who purchased a digital copy of the game, we expect to have these issues resolved by launch day on 4.4.14. The remaining perks should be added to those accounts automatically. Players who continue to experience this issue after launch day should contact us or the retailer from whom they purchased the game.

Players who pre-ordered a physical edition of the game should be sure to visit their retailer on 4.4.14 to pick up the boxed product. Enter the appropriate codes, which can be found inside the box, to redeem fully all Imperial Edition and Standard Edition entitlements.
