Destruction staff heavy attacks

I was just wondering when you're gonna get around to actually fixing The heavy attacks on the staffs. it instead of my character standing their twitchin like a freaking idiot. I only ask Because it's been like this for about two years now on the playstation four. Among the many, many, many other issues that you haven't fixed.. For a good example, The lag Eight years, and it's costing certain players like myself Certain achievements. The Sorcerer has been broken for years now. I cast heal and sometimes it takes the magical but doesn't heal.Could you at least do that or get rid of bots that we've been asking about for years? I've been begging and asking for years to fix even the slightest thing in this game. But you guys only move rocks or p v p, it seems. But my issues with the game seemed to go unnoticed.
