level 14 surviving Bal Sunnar and Scrivener's Hall ?

would a Level 14 Magicka Arcanist be strong enough to muddle through Bal Sunnar and Scrivener's Hall ? Still at level 6 and it will take a few days to get to level 14.

Currently have a Lightning Staff using Force Shock, Runeblades, Runic Bolt and Runemend. I also have Grace and Evocation on my Light Armor.

Soul Trap and Finders Keepers don't count.

During the afternoon of Loredas, 6 Sun’s Dawn 2e578 a big piece of Aetherius fell to Nirn. It was the first major piece of Aetherius to fall on Nirn in more than five hundred years. It scattered around the world as millions of shards. It was rapidly documented by Lady Cinnabar of Taneth in her pamphlet Aetherial Fragments that "... when three shards meet, they re-form into a silvery prism by unknown process and confer the power unlocked by the merger to a nearby being." The Order of the Black Worm, commonly known as the Worm Cult, reappeared in Tamriel shortly thereafter and some of its members are avidly searching said shards.
In the last week of First Seed 2e579, an arcane explosion occurred in the Imperial City — a night of storms, and trembling terrain. They named it the "Soulburst". That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

    Instanced minimum level 45 for both.

    I'm currently level 50, CP 1890 and some of my characters still can't complete these, especially Scrivener's Hall's first and final bosses are extremely difficult.

    Are you talking about doing it solo or doing it with other players?

    Both are solo able at cap but neither is super easy.

    With other players you could definitely do it but, you'll likely be a bit ineffective.

    You'd also likely need to walk in since I don't think it lets you queue in till 45.

    with a group? it would probably be fine, however you cant use the queue for it until lvl 45

    solo? i find it highly unlikely unless your a very skilled player looking for a challenge (but from the sound of the OP, i would not recommend trying to do that lol)

    Not really, as you can join with a higher level player and queue in.

    The real question is OP a true Level 14 or a CP 1,000+ on a new character. If the former, just wait. If the latter, you'll be fine

    Not really, as you can join with a higher level player and queue in.

    The real question is OP a true Level 14 or a CP 1,000+ on a new character. If the former, just wait. If the latter, you'll be fine

    the queue is entirely disabled if your below the dungeon lvl requirement

    randoms will not put you in that dungeon, and the choose specific dungeon menu has little locks disabling the checkboxes for any dungeon you are below lvl requirement

    you have to port in manually to do the dungeon below lvl requirement

    @Necrotech_Master I've had this issue pop up so many times and got so many different responses. Either way, its definitely possible for a player under Level 45 to get into a DLC dungeon, as I saw 2 sub-Level 30's in White Gold Tower this week... and quickly bounced.

    Either way, there is no reason to rush into a DLC dungeon. They'll still be there at CP 160 and the dungeon will actually be fun to do at that time

    I guess you were right. I entered Bal Sunnar and dies within 20 seconds. Guess I'll go meet Leramil in Mournhold then. Wonder what will happen to the two DLCs once I return with the Necrom chapter completed.

    dungeon quests do not change at all based on story quest completion, their quests are really fixed

    there may be some random additional dialogs if you ask questions to the npcs, but even thats not present in all of them

    not doing the dungeons does not affect the zone story, nor does the zone story affect the dungeon quest

    You can walk in at level 3. There's no guarantee you'll be able to solo it on normal at that level, however, I'm assuming ou just want to know the minimum level to be able to run it with a group, and that's level 3.

    If you don't accept the levels from skipping the tutorial you can actually be level 1.
