Need Help With A Nashandra Build

Hey, i'm a big fan of Dark Souls 2 and was thinking of creating a Nashandra Build, for those unaware, Nashandra is the Dark Souls 2 base game end game boss, she mainly uses curse to debuff and lower your health and defenses.
So i'm thinking of a build/character around this character, It seems Necromancer is the closest, for race, i'm unsure, i guess the Dark Elve is as close as we get to a Dark Entity, ideally a Dremora Race would be ideal
