In veteran difficulty dungeons?

Being the only one in the group who knows every single mechanic and only did that dungeon once. The group still managed to complete the whole dungeon. There was no communication like voice chat involved and lack of use of in game chat

Yes except for not using in-game chat. If a dungeon is new on live (I do them on PTS), I ask if people want mechanics explained or if they want to figure it out on their own.

Probably every dungeon dlc drop day goes like that, most of the times without even one person knowing all the mechanics bit still goes fine.

Ive done blind runs with friends where we communicated and figured it out. Ive never had a vet dungeon be cleared where i no one knew mechs and i couldnt explain it.

Had it happen several times. Not often though, it's easier to just type up the major mechanics to let the party know, but sometimes ramming your head into the wall will work.

Most of the mechanics are telegraphed or have an NPC telling you what to do. Scrivener's Hall had that burning spiderweb that took a couple wipes to figure out. Graven Deep was probably the hardest to figure out the mechanics on when it first came out. Had to take a minute to look them up online after a few wipes. But for the most part, the mechs are easily identified and handled, especially with the new "optional side bosses" that buff you

I agree with folks that this happens pretty regularly when new dungeons comes out. It would also be super easy (and common) in base game vet dungeons, if not for the fact that the vast majority of players have already done them (so the initial conditions rarely come up).
