I was thinking it would be nice upon purchasing the Fair Winds, you also receive a portal (small boat) furnishing in your Collections that works only when placed in water. This portal would transport you to the Fair Winds. While on the Fair Winds, the dinghy will transport you to the previous home you transported from as your destination.
