Harborage quest line issue

I am working on the harborage quest line on a new character. I am at the part for valley of the blades. The portal takes me to The Castle of the Worm. I can't go anywhere else. Anyway a support person can fix this I just started the character today. I really don't want my 4 hrs of play to goto waste and gave to delete and start over.

    Try opening the map and zoom out to the zones view. Then pick a wayshrine.

    I can get out by portaling to another player. However the portal is still bugged and I can't progress in the questline at all. For what ever reason the portal to valley of the blades is hugged and will only go to Castle of the Worm.

    May just delete the toon and start over. He's just lvl 23.

    I love it I report the issue and the best answer ZOS can give is log out and wait. Grand customer service as I cancel my eso plus....

    Yea I going to cancle my eso plus, I put a lot of time and effort into my char and progress past the 2nd stage. I'm too far along in the development to just delete and start over.

    I'm beginning to think with all the companies that are hunkering down with the economy tanking like it is.. I'm sure ZOS is in the same boat with little to no resources being applied to anything that is not revenue generation.

    It's to late, I had a ticket but it did not get resolved. I had to delete the character and start over. I nact the email support was pretty horrible. The only solution they gave was wait for a patch.

    I asked for compensation for the issue to get a new toon back to the same level and the response was a clear middle finger.

    I have played many mmo's and have better customer service from free games that require no membership. While I know eso does not require eso plus I pay to get the percs and would think it would come with customer support.

    Anyways is what it is.

    So unless you can actually compensate me for the time I waisted on said toon and poor customer support not much else to do here.
