Performance tonight in Blackreach was just awful. Just an abysmal experience overall. It was so unenjoyable I had a hard time finding any highlights regarding gameplay tonight. Cyrodiil is not improved as a result of the hardware upgrade in the long run. These so-called code rewrites can't come sooner after being delayed over and over again. I am constantly disappointed and I know this will not receive much attention from ZoS. PvP has not been the same for months, years. ZoS doesn't care. End of story.
