Pc Eu Down for some but not others

As the message states how is it that some of the PC-EU Members can't login but others can,and that is after getting kicked from the game.
As usual no information on the EU Status but oh yes of course NA Does get a reply.
Always happens when an event is happening,honestly servers were meant to have been upgraded,but since the updated hardware and necrom came out.Things have only got worse.
Not better.
Time for some answers and what is going on with the EU Servers.

I had to log off PC EU in order to drive to the Post Office for the mail (about 8 miles round trip). When I got back, I never even looked at the forum; I just relogged into PC EU, and was placed in a 22 minute queue. THEN I looked at the forum....

However, the queue counted down fairly normally, and I got in at the end of it. Nor did I get dropped afterward. I finished my last weekly 100 resource nodes, and then logged for the day.

Sometimes, I think only having satellite for connection is better than all those "real broadband" things (none of which are options for me - wish they were, the ones in the nearest small city are a third of the rate I pay for 3-4 times the data.... *sigh*)
