Is the second drop of the Underweave Velothi lead bugged?

I got my first drop after around 30 boss kills. Not enjoyable, but at least it dropped. Trying to get the second drop of said lead I have killed almost 80 bosses (I counted). No drop so far. Has the lead dropped a second time for anyone else?

@ZOS_Hadeostry thanks! As you're already on it, do you have internal data of this mythic lead dropping a second time? I noticed a fix in recent patch notes for another antiquity where a subsequent drop of the same lead wouldn't occur. So maybe this suffers from the same issue.

There's absolutely no point tagging and asking ZOS people with the mod badge anything. They're only forum mods. You might be better off tagging the community people like Kevin or Gina.
