@ZOS_Kevin I don't see an option to buy ESO+ in EGS. Will it be added in the future?

I would love to know how the meeting went to make an ESO x Fortnite collab happen. Were these the terms from Epic Games to put ESO on their platform? Did ZOS suggest it? The idea itself seems so surreal already - like, it seems fake, like someone made all of that as a meme because it would be the last thing I expected - and yet it's real and here we are.
Don't get me wrong, Fortnite is a very popular game so this could hugely benefit ESO, especially the PvP crowd, provided Fortnite players even enjoy ESO's combat and PvP.

Let's hope people won't have as many problems on Epic Games as they were having on Steam...

Can’t you do it from elderscrollsonline.com account page? (Account link is in upper left hand corner)

Would I need to restart if I change to the Epic Games store? Or would I keep everything that I currently have on my current PC Version?

Well then i could buy ESO on elderscrollsonline.com and don't use EGS at all.

@unocash66655 As long as you are on the same PC megaserver, you should be able to keep everything you have on your current PC version.

Hi, question. When I try to login to my new account with username and password (like I also do with my Steam account and a non-Steam account), it states an access code is sent to my email. It never does that. Is this expected behaviour when I try to login without using the Epic Games app, or a bug? It would be easier to just logout my main and then use username and password.

That sounds like something is not working correctly. You could submit a ticket through the website for not getting the access code. If that doesn't work, DM me your username and we can get that over to customer service to see how they can help.

Was the surge of new players expected from this free epic giveaway anticipated to give rise to server issues? If so, why has there not been an announcement or any official statement about the appalling queue times, which now appear to be affecting both pc eu and na servers?

Can you please update us now on what is being done to alleviate these queues or give some indication of how long the queues are anticipated to be in place?

    Thanks.

I am not expert, but humans are just humans. Since there is an event going on & you made a decision that new motif pages can drop only once per day per account, aren't you afraid that people will simply make like 5 fake Epic accounts, get ESO 5 times, farm 5 motives per day and then trade it with their "main" ESO account ?

There is defiantly something fishy going on with those queue times. Like Sunday, 11 am and already 3 minute queue. This is insane. For sure there is a sudden surge in the amount of players as it seems like it triggers the queue mechanism - which is something that is meant to prevent server overload.

Adding Free ESO+ trial on top of free game + in-game event does not help either, as it all stacks.

Great seeing all those new players, but ZOS during a promotion like this: Moderate the in-game chat to combat goldsellers, at the very least in the main starter areas and trainee islands. (and add a normal way to report goldsellers, as there is no specific category for it so I use "cheating")

Goldsellers in chat makes an MMO seem cheap.

I have a similar issue. Have regular account for years and acquired Epic free account last week. Installed from Epic in new folder full game so now I have both folders, old regular and new with epic installation. I can login to game from both launchers with their accounts, both working accounts working from their launchers only.
Game is big and I would like to delete now epic installation as it is linked and working to just to be able to login from regular, non epic-non steam launcher.
When I tried to login from my regular launcher (that allows entering eso username ID and password, epic one doesn't have this option), with my new username and pw that I linked to epic installation, I received message that access code will be sent to my mail. It didn't come neither to my account's mailbox that I registered with eso, nor to my mail account registered with epic games.
Is running game with username crated with epic games from regular launcher even possible, because mail is never delivered, or at least I don't know designated mailbox it is sent to and it surely isn't one registered with eso account.
