I went a bit fast so it's possible some of this is my fault for going fast.
Semi related Kelesanruhn Workshop has a bit of pop in with the background when you exit it back to the outside area at least on my Potato PC. It also feels like the connection from the Kelesanruhn builds is kinda moving a different direction internally than externally. Otherwise it's cool.
Master Faras beard clips with his clothes enough that it can become a bit of a distraction.
With Turn the Page, I was expecting to find the pages on the ground or inside npcs. Instead, I found most of the pages in Rune stones or Psijic Portals and it took quite a while. (It might be worse on live as I would potentially have people competing for resource nodes. Additionally, on live I don't collect rune stones because they aren't worth the inventory space so it might have taken even longer if I tried it on live.)
It ended up taking me more time to complete Turn the Page than the Cost of Knowledge which made the ending of Turn the Page a little odd. I'm selecting who should lead the family from two people when I've already restored the existing leader and all I've done for them is pick up a few pages. It also felt like we didn't see much of a reaction to the choice.
I was able to take Turn the Page a second time the next day but, it had no quest marker on it the second day so I am unsure if it was intended or if perhaps the quest isn't progressing properly.
Overall, I'd say the quest line seems like something that people that like helping Telvanni that are in trouble might enjoy but, it's otherwise probably a quest chain to either skip or grab and gradually let it get done over the event rather than trying to do it in a row. Doing the dallies for the event and hitting resource nodes will let you complete much of it over time.
