Tenplar dmg is in a bad spot more than ever

Even with dmg sets jabs just does absolulty no dmg, everyone has free minor evasion thanks to arcanist passivs, throw in major evasion and cp and the skill may as well not exist..
The offensive capabilities of a temp is just non existent outside of a javlyn, comet beam combo..

We know. Major evasion + minor evasion is biggest problem of templar damage. Deadly set grants only +16% but major evasion reduce by 20% it's too much.

I'm now using shattered fate, with minor breach on top I sit at 20k pen, if the players happens to have major breach it will 26k.
My aim is to make as much as my dmg go though as possible.

I was trying with Stuhn but ,shattered fate would be better, not force you too use toppling charge , you use javelin instead and have good armor penetration.
