Game keeps freezing when i load in a char.

Hello, Got this realy weird issue and cannot figure out why it happens.

Everytime when i launch eso, and load in a char. My game freezes in the loading screen. I have to touble tap the screen with my mouse to make the windows freeze msg pop up. If i press wait till the program responds, it will unfreeze again.

Now you would say, Repairing the game would fix it, Or reinstalling it. but it doesnt.

the problem also carried over when i got a new pc, And later on when i installed eso on another SSD.
My current specs are: 12600kf, Asus rog stric 3080, 32gb ram. Eso runs from a aorus gen 4 7000s and the addons folder is on a samsung 980.

Can it be a addon? if yes, wich one could cause this? Since that is the only thing that has been consistant on my 3(!) pc's i had this issue with.

Now the problem isnt game breaking. The game runs perfectly smooth, with no issue at all. Its just annoying, especially since i cant figure out why this happens.

Does ESO freeze up if you try logging into a second character?

Have you tried disabling your addons and seeing if it stops it? If so you can turn on half, see if that half has the issue then keep doing that until you work out which one it is

yeah it does, but not all the time for some reason
