Twin Blade and Blunt Passive reductions?

Twin Blade and Blunt: Reduced the bonuses on this passive to ensure it is in line with other adjustments being made to weapon passives.

Maces will now grant 743/1487 Offensive Penetration per mace, down from 825/1650.
Swords will now grant 64/129 Weapon and Spell Damage per sword, down from 71/142.
Daggers will now grant 328/657 Critical Chance rating per dagger, down from 406/812.

Because Crit Chance sources haven't been hammered enough? My Crit Kitties are starving, should I just finally call it and switch them to a high Penetration Diet?

Penetration is so underrated. I absolutely love running Alkosh in 4-man dungeons and watching the entire Group DPS skyrocket. To be Honest i love the new changes coming and was looking forward to ditching my DW front bar. I am not going to test on PTS i will wait for final changes then test all the new options! I am a Templar so for me i am very happy to have even more options!
