No Eviscerate buffs?

Eviscerate and it's morphs have been forgotten for long enough, any class and even weapon spammables are much more worth using nowadays, Eviscerate is only "useful" on some very niche suicide PvP builds, on PvE it's completely overshadowed by nearly if not every other spammable, the scalling on lower HP is not nearly as powerful as buffs like 10% additional damage on Concealed Weapon for Nightblades, not to say it's too much of a risk for most scenarios.
Vampirism needs a better kit overall, and it should synergize better with their stages, and maybe it should be buffed as a compensation for a future Undeath passive nerf that many have been asking for ages, as it is a must-have passive for most PvP builds despite the fact most don't even use a single vampire skill.
