1) This could be because of pure ignorance on my part, so sorry ahead of time if it is. But recently I started a character on the EU server, and I was under the impression that certain crown store purchases such as DLC's would carry over (Bought them on NA Server), but the EU character does not have access to the DLC's that have been bought.
If someone could explain this to me I would appreciate it.
2) Every time I go to link my account with my Xbox account I keep getting an error saying I should contact customer support. Can I do this thru here or do I need to use ESO support (emails) that seem to take some time thru emails?
