What are the odds that I will get into a traders guild?

Looking for guild to join. Specifically a traders guild...

I've been looking everywhere for the auction houses 🤫. Turns out I can't find any because they don't exist in Tamriel... So instead there are traders guilds for players to join.

The one problem is that many traders guilds have tons of requirements such as social media like discord, add-ons, active 24/7, contributing, and so forth. I don't have any of those and I have no interest in using them.

I play the game when ever I'm not busy doing stuff irl and posting stuff on these super awesome forums. I only log in to the game 3± times a week. (Multi-tasking is not quite my thing).

I'm a very casual player who has a sense of humor and is looking for a traders guild to buy, sell, and exchange stuff with other players. Also to find some friends to do dungeons and battlegrounds with.

My main character in the game is (same as forum username) which is wilykcat. CP 400±. Level 50. Melee templar dps. Server PC/NA. Still learning the game and about all the features it has.

Got any advice or more information about joining traders guilds and or how they work?

Unless you are playing the min/max mercantile role where you have to join a guild with the absolute best trader location, there are guilds with pretty modest requirements. Also, take the trading requirements with a grain of salt. I am in 2 trading guilds with minor requirements that I only meet sporadically and I have never been kicked out or even warned. Some guild leaders are real sticklers for the rules and some are more flexible.

While I have never met a guild that requires Discord or addons for trading, those are fairly common requirements for dungeons and PVP. Maybe not a quick and easy random normal dungeon, but if you intend to do anything even modestly difficult, no one wants to coordinate fights in chat. They want to use keyboard/mouse/controller to fight and voice comms to coordinate.

Maybe consider a social guild that also gets a trader weekly, they rarely have requirements like that. The one I'm in you have to show as logged in at least every 30 days

Khajiit is GM of trader's guild with no requirements, a base-game trader and a very sleek fully stocked guildhall. Send him a message and he will get you sorted.
