Cannot save settings on new PC
New PC built and now I cannot save some of my settings.
For instance I've been trying to turn on Automatic Quest Tracking but every time I restart the game it's OFF again.
I've checked folder permissions. I don't think any of the folders or files are read-only but in Windows 11 I'm unsure what a blue mark with a - is (vs a blue mark with a checkmark). I cannot get rid of the blue mark. Every single folder only this PC so far has that blue mark with - so I think that's just a default icon.
I've deleted UserSettings.txt and had the game create a new one. Still cannot save settings like Automatic Quest Tracking. I can edit that file no problem though.
I've used NVIDIA GeForce Experience to optimize the game and it changes and saves those settings just fine.
It's not a read-only problem. It's something else. This is a brand new installation on a PC that's just a few days old. Game itself runs flawlessly except for some settings not saving from in game.
