I've done it Twice, BB and Nikel

The other technique I use is to find a campaign where my faction is gated to take the scouting mission, and then find a campaign where my faction owns most of the map so I can port to a keep near the scouting target. I queue through Imperial City to switch campaigns. Then I turn in the quest in my home campaign.
The game is simple, I take one of each quest in Cyrodiil and then go and specifically complete the scouting quest. Then, I take as many resources as I can before someone kills me. From there, I use the free teleport back to turn in my quest/s and start all over. This morning I only had a few minutes, and no one was coming to give me my free teleport back, so I started trying to take the keep that was on my quest. I got to within 14 hits of my trebucket of taking out the door, before someone finally showed up. Sure, I lost the trebucket, but I have a lot of them anyway and I got them all free, so I really don't care.
It was great.
And yes, I am easily amused.
Edit:
And yes, if I would have gotten the door down, I would have stormed the keep alone. The goal was to see how far I could get before I got killed.
