[Cyrodiil - Hopes Fire] Need the help of Daggerfall or Ebonheart Players

Hello, i'm a player of the Aldmeri Dominion.
Yesterday, my character "shaelis" was blocked under rocks in Cyrodiil (Hopes Fire). the area PVP.
I can use the teleportation (pvp) and /stuck & /reloadui don't work to kill/save me.
The customer support don't work (no answer).

I search for a player of the Daggerfall or Ebonheart Faction, who can come & kill me.

    /Stuck was disabled due to exploiting quests with it. I think if you log out for 10 or 15 min it will put you back at the gate area automatically.

    i was deconnected for 3 hours this night and my character is always blocked by the rock.

    If you have gold you cold try to fast travel to a wayshrine.

    the travel to a Wayshrine don't work in the pvp area (Cyrodiil)

    Does this mean you're in the EU server? Because NA is still down currently. I was going to login and help :(

    You can choose 2 campaign on the server list.
    When you are blocked, you can teleport at the 2nd.
