I use LWC and Summon Assistant and Junk Handler. Takes me just over 2 minutes in Alinor per character. I have never liked Vivec, cant get into the rythym of that place. Vulkhel Guard or Rawkla or Deeshan are my change of scenery alternatives. I off load everything needed to my banker assistant. Then, on one character I do Guild Store listings. My speed farmer gets all the Surveys and Treasure Maps.

    I activate the Writ Boards
Pop my banker who hands me the potions and foods.
Hit the Enchanting and Gear Stations where LWC automates crafting.
    Drop off the results.
Pop my Merchant then the Banker
    Then Log to next character

Outside of events that salt the Reward Coffers, I rarely do crafting writs on more than the character I play each day. I used to cycle through 8 to 10 every day. Now since I have almost a full ration of Alts that can do writs, it is too much time to spend on chores.
Can't you pre-craft for the enchanting/gear writs also? Then you wouldn't need to visit any crafting stations, correct? I haven't gone the pre-crafting route yet, but am planning to, once I get my 7 new alt crafters leveled up.

It’s the load screens that are the killer. Takes longer logging out and in than it does doing the writs

Enchant and gear don't stack. You could do it if you never plan on doing anything else with those toons - bag space.
Personally, I just premake the Alch/Provisioning on my main (increased output) and store in bank.
My time per toon is 90 seconds, that includes load screens, auto crafting gear/enchant, and auto-banking inventory with addons.
I prefer High Isles as everything is side by side, in a room, and have mobile bank/merchant so I only run back to boards when done.
In PC Tamriel we are all crafting bots....using approved add-ons of course.
Sometimes I wonder if players realize how much approved auto/bot-play is done on PC.

I finally got my 7 new crafting alts to level 50 alchemy, by creating a lot of potions/poisons, so now they're fully leveled up in alchemy and provisioning.

For each alt crafter, I pre-crafted the 5 out of 8 alchemy writs I'll be doing, so Lazy Writ Crafter can auto-complete the alchemy writs. I skipped pre-crafting the provisioning writ that has the Firsthold Fruit & Cheese Plate, because jazbay grapes are a bit inconvenient to farm, and rarely appear in the writ rewards. So whenever the LWC addon shows a yellow status for the provisioning writ, I know it's that particular writ, and I just go to the quests page and abandon that writ quest. :)

I'm still averaging between 30 and 31 minutes per writ session, which is 5-7 writs (allowing for some alchemy/provisioning writs being skipped) per each of the crafters (1 main and 7 alts). Today, I noticed I had about 60 surveys between all the characters, so I passed them all to the bank, and withdrew them on my main char, which has a fast horse and plenty of firepower, and I've been collecting them all. :)

You can use the Personal Assistant addon to speed things up a bit more by auto banking/withdrawing items like surveys and intricate gear after you've done your writs.

Create 2 profiles in the addon, one for your main and one for all your alts. Set your alts to auto deposit surveys in the bank, and your main to auto withdraw them. Do the same for master writs once your alts start generating them.

Set both profiles to auto deposit intricate gear and glyphs you get as rewards. Deconstruct them using whichever character you're currently leveling craft skills on.

I'm doing even better on the timing, now: I realised a few days ago that when I open the inventory just after receiving the writ rewards, and the LWC addon starts opening the various reward/shipping containers, I don't need to keep the inventory open while it does that. So now, I just open the inventory, close it immediately, then head for the stables for the daily horse training. Today's writs took me 28:20, my best time yet.

    This.

It can turn a 2-4 minutes operation into 8-10 minutes, depending on time of day and server (eu/na).

My first craft dailies were done manually. I guess they took, including log-in/outs, around 15-30 minutes for the one or two characters on pc-eu doing them. I remember it being quite uncomfortable with all the clicking involved as there were no helpful markers in the interface and a lot of back and forth to make sure the 'quest' was done at each craft table.

When I can be bothered these days it takes a few minutes per character, excluding load screens.
