I was a bit wary to buy this considering the cost, but I now feel like it was worth the expense. This furnishing actually does project little star lights against surfaces which spin with the apparatus movement. This also works wonderfully upside down. The preview screen for this item completely undersells it.

How's the impact on performance, if any? It looks similar to those Azure Plasm Cages, which make my fans rev up whenever I get near one.

Its actually very subtle, about 1/5 the brightness as the old nebulas cloud. I wouldnt expect any impact to gpu.

It's not. No furniture for housing is worth being in the apex tier. They really shouldn't be in crates at all.

Ill have to disagree, this is a pretty spectacular item. I guess that's what is nice about Endeavors or Crown Gems, you can make the decision to buy what you find worth it.

If a VIRTUAL Item costs 400 gems which is 120 USD $

But it's real Life Counter part "stary projector" that you can plug into electricity and enjoy the same thing costs 40$ USD with shipping and manufacturing ...

and you still think that its a spectacular item worth the price...

Same value as a resplendent sweetroll.. which is just a sparkling pastry. I love this item.

The main purpose of the Resplendent Sweetroll is that you can GEM it for 400 GEMS

It's the best thing you can get in the APEX tier for every single crate season, as it means you can get 400 gems for it and buy whatever you want in that tier or keep it for the next crown crates.

Opinions will differ. I have enough mounts that are never used from prior seasons so this being in the Apex category is fine.

Considering how pricey these are I doubt that performance will be an issue in this case. But to answer your question, I once did a house commission for someone that had 6x of those nebula (the large cosmic dust fx type item ) and when these were altogether it basically dropped my fps to zero and the rest you can imagine.
