Glowing note and book in Mage Guild?

Hi, I found a glowing note and book in the Mage Guild, and once I read them, something happened. There was a message on the screen, but I can't find the information again. I guess I found a clue or location or something. Is there some sort of event log? How do I know what I just found?

Osi✭✭✭It was probably a lore book. They add notes to your journal (J) in one of the tabs and are just random collectables.
Its also possible it was one of the rare books for the Mage's Guild questline. Lore books glow gold/yellow, Mage's Guild books glow purple.Edited by Osi on 1 April 2014 13:400
