I know the Motif but can't craft in the style

I one single crafting character who has all traits. I got the thieves guild motif from the crown store today and I still can't craft in that style.
Any ideas?

✭✭✭✭✭just to make sure, you were on the correct toon that learned the motif, and you had the style material (or mimic stones) available to actually craft in the style
buying the style in the crown store does not immediately unlock it either, you have to still consume/use the book item it gave you, if you used this on the wrong toon then you would need to get the style pages again for your main as motifs are not account wide
(also i feel kind of bad you bought this style in the crown store, at least on PC NA most of the pages are 10k or less each due to the age of the motif, so it would have been about 100-140k gold to buy the full set in the current market)plays PC/NA
