error 206 from today, restart fixes it

live server + pts - getting occasionally "error 206 - patch manifest....." when starting from steam(no idea if happens on eso launcher)
gives me repair either on live or on pts - restart (1 or 2) fixes it.

just posting it here to save waiting for repair to whoever reads it.

I got the same launcher error after today's Steam update. I was able to log into the game straight from the eso64.exe though

On June 15th there were some login issues affecting players on the PC EU server. After the recent maintenance these login issues should now be resolved. For this reason we will be closing the discussion going forward.
