i first fell in love with the Reach and the Reachfolk back in 2013 when i was stumbling through tes5 and my heart aches to have a home themed after them in eso with its very flexible decorating system. i know the devs dont seem to be in the habit of creating new homes for old dlcs but a man can dream. heres what ive dreamed up! i call it the Bjoulsae Headwaters

id love to have more of a sandbox type house for this such as Coldharbour Surreal Estate wheres theres not much in terms of pre existing buildings. i would kill to have a Reachfolk themed house set in a canyon/valley/gorge so youre surrounded by rocky walls on most sides. id put it between Wrothgar, the Reach, and Bangkorai zones which have all been historically known as the Reach region in the lore before Empress Hestra divided it. the gorge would have multiple small branches leading to exits in these zones.

the main draw of this dream house of mine would be the levels, im imagining a total of 3 levels.
1: Canyon Floor. at the bottom id put a stream forming from melting snow that flows throughout the home. it starts off as a trickle but has multiple tiers that increase in size and flow strength until its a raging river flowing over a cliff outside of the boundary, this would lead into the Bjoulsae River seen in Bangkorai and gives the house its name. the bottom of the canyon here would have a flat area alongside each tier of the stream where you could perhaps build a fishing spot or whatever your heart wants. definitely put a secret cave under one of the mini waterfalls ;)
2: in order to get to tier 2 youd have to enter through tunnels through the rocky walls found on tier 1. this tier would be a sort of shelf in the rocky wall and you could build bridges in order to get to the other rocky wall. tier 2 should have a variety of elevations to work on to keep things interesting but the ledges shouldnt be too small that you cant do anything with them without using up furniture slots on 50 bajillion rocks.
3: this is the top of the canyon where you can see the surrounding mountainous landscape. its also reached by tunnels, maybe even put a real quick tunnel down to tier 1 for quick access. ideally at the top you should be able to see glimpses/hints of the 3 surrounding zones; stuff like the different types of rocks, various species of trees, ruins of civilizations found in the Reach both past and present. this tier will also have most of the plantlife as it gets the most sun.
music from the Reach zone and wind sound effects are an absolute must here. especially if theres a unique wind whistle sound that can be heard on tiers 1 and 2 as it blows through the canyon.

i know we have Stone Eagle Aerie which is smack dab in the middle of Markarth but it doesnt really *feel* like a Reachfolk themed house. all those straight edges and the white stone with gold coloured highlights doesnt reflect the rough and wild nature of the Reachfolk in my humble opinion, juniper trees growing in a twisted fashion amongst moss-coveres crags would suit them best. if the devs ever turned my Bjoulsae Headwaters into an actual player home i would buy it on the spot
