Bastion Nymic - Dreaming Quarter

2 things I've seen consistently so far. First, the first 2 forcefields reappear after progressing far enough in the nymic. Basically means if you leave and re-enter the nymic you're hard-locked from finishing and have to restart. Second, the fourth and last shadow pylon does not seem to spawn anywhere. So unless I just haven't found it, or the achievements related to it are also hard-locked.

The forcefields reappar but once you open a wing (clear, boss included) you have portal to re-enter. So you can freely travel through all of it. And yes you just haven't found the 4th pillar. They are all there, nearby each fissure. But you gotta look while being in "dream state" (fissure touched).
