Hello guys i have a big problem with Support team !
Lets start...
Yday i want to log in to the game and i wana try the Necrom, but i dont get the Access Code from Launcher to my email, so i read article what should i do and ...
1. I add TCP/UDP in&out rules + Eso64.exe like they said on topic into Support section, i wait more then 6h and i still dont get the access code.
2. I contact support and i do everything what they said i gave them logs, screen shots still nothing ....
3. They want from me to give them new email adress to change it manualy and restet the code sender machine, still nothing ...
4. Right now they change the email for new one but i still dont get any acess code
5. When i try to talk with them one more time they delete all recent tickets what i send and dont get any answer anymore !
6. Atm im so confused cos i play ESO from 2014 ( BETA ) & Im a Owner of Official The Elder Scrolls Online Polish Facebook Group ( You can check it "FB groups/tesopolska" or "FB /ElderScrollsOnlinePoland/about" )
7. Please tell me what should i do atm, how to talk with em if they dont want to help me, they delete my tickets ...
Of course, if necessary, I will post all the conversations I had with Support and which I received via email.
Just help me please
