Is there a possibility that Order's Wrath will be added to the No-Proc No-CP set list in the future?

I recently yellowed out and account-bound my Order's Wrath jewelries and armors to use them in No-CP campaigns - only to realize today that they are not part of the No-Proc No-CP set list.

Now, I'm not here to complain. I know it's my fault; I should have checked the list before making such a sizable commitment on chromiums, but it never occurred to me that the critical damage and healing bonus would be considered a proc mechanism. I guess it's not the end-of-the-world situation though. I mean it is currently one of the most versatile and effective sets in the game, so maybe I will find some use out of it somewhere else.

What I want to know is this - is there a possibility that Order's Wrath will be included in the No-Proc No-CP set list with subsequent updates? I'm still relatively new to the game, so I don't know if the devs are open-minded about making liberal changes to the list or if they are pretty set-in-stone once a decision has been made about a set. I don't know if it's for the better or worse, but it seems like Zenimax is quite arbitrary about these issues, especially when it comes to sets.

Hopefully not? But that was the general vibe I got from this forum.

Anyway, I wanted to know for sure - whether I should just give up and quit raising my hopes up or if there is a chance that the set will be added to the list in the near future.

You're in luck. This is fresh from the Necrom release patch notes:



When it comes to it not being on the list you checked, that's to be expected - there isn't an official up-to-date list of working sets, and unofficial ones get updated if/whenever their caretakers remember to do so.

Order's Wrath and Stormweaver's Cavort are the two most recent sets that were mentioned in patch notes to have been enabled for no-proc. Previously, Oakensoul Ring was ninja-included (as in, there was nothing in patch notes about it but people found out it worked in no-proc after testing on the live server), and before that, Master's Bow (aka. Caustic Arrow) was removed after the way it worked was changed in a patch. So really, anything can happen it seems.

Arbitrary is the right word for it. Things that have no proc effects don't work (for example, up until a few days ago Order's Wrath since we were talking about it, and most recently, Shattered Fate 5-piece as reported in this thread) and others that you might think of as procs (Pariah, for example) do work.

These aren't new issues, threads have been made in an effort to communicate them across, but this is where we are regardless.
