Where and how do I get my all-in-one crafting table for my house?

Greetings,
Is the all-in-one crafting table where you feed crafting sets to available yet? I know we will be able to add any attunable crafting set stations we already have attuned to it but not sure when this will be available to us or even how to get this.
Perhaps it wont be in this patch...anyone know?

it's for q3. if it were for update 38 it would have been in any of the pts patch notes or today's patch notes.
