This statue will look great in my new house, Earthtear Cavern. Does anyone know if it will ever be available for purchase with Seals?

I'll never say never, but highly unlikely. It's able to be purchased in the Housing Editor and comes with Kushalit Sanctuary, so I don't see it being added a crown crates.

Btw there's a smaller version in a crown crates that is in the Reaper Harvest crate.

I finally broke down and purchased this from the Housing Editor. It is pretty big but I'm using it in Earthtear Cavern which is pretty tall and can handle big items. I wouldn't mind a smaller version too but I don't buy crates.

Anything in crown crates is eventually able to be bought for seals. So, you may want to keep an eye out for the Reaper Harvest ones if you'd like a smaller version. AFAIK they haven't excluded a crate item from the seals yet.
