Before I begin, I change their armor colors almost daily, so try to ignore that while I try to find colors that I feel comfortable with.

First, Kerodell. Sorcerer with a bow, though now that I'm in vet levels, I'm trying dual wield. His main thing has been is lightning abilities. In terms of personality, gentlemanly ex-soldier type. Not especially outgoing, but very much a leader. Proud of Bosmer heritage and follower of the Green Pact. Enjoys Rotmeth and on occasion smokes from a pipe. good Lawful Good type.


Next up: Morvick. Traditional light armor with destro and healing staffs, with sort of a specialization with dark magic and it's great crowd control stuff. In terms of personality, sort of anti-hero. He ran with some necromancers, but eventually had a falling out with them. He wasn't so fond of Mannimarco, and that torn them apart. Drifted a while afterward. Tried turning his knowledge of the body from necromancy into healing, but found he really didn't care much about the world to be a healer. Not evil really, but cares about protecting himself and figures everyone else should do the same.



Finally, Drains-His-Mugs! DragonKnight two hander. He tends to lean towards the draconic skill line. He thinks he might be part dragon, sort of non-shouting type of dragonborn. It's not true, but he doesn't know that. In terms of personality, basically a Nord in every sense. Likes to fight, drink, and boast like a Nord. His argonian poison resist, combined with his lifelong drinking and larger frame makes him a tough drinking contestant. Not actually fond of Argonian culture. Thinks it's too spiritual, too magicy. Very neutral sort of character.

I've hit the limit on alts now so here are all 8 of my ESO characters

1. AL-TANEEN, a redguard swordsmaster (dragonknight, sword/dagger and sword/shield)
I made a character in Skyrim called Maxie Overkill who was all about dual wield melee damage and out-DPSing everything, and when I first got ESO I wanted to transpose that sort of character to ESO but for whatever reason, instead of a cool nord teenage girl it came in the form of a grizzled, angry old redguard


This was the "heavy armour period" before I went full medium armour


More recently, stalking the streets of Shornhelm in the coat of the red mountain armour set



2. BLANCHETTE, a breton witch (sorcerer, lightning staff and restoration staff)
This is the only character I've hit veteran ranks on, again vaguely based on a bosmer I had in Skyrim called Gwenhwyfar, but instead of being a stealthy witch she's more of a glass cannon damage-dealer and combat support

3. GETHYN, a bosmer thief (nightblade, bow and dual daggers)
This was just a very straight-ahead nightblade for the sake of trying out being a nightblade. I've developed a habit of giving bosmer welsh names

4. ENNAS SALENIM, a dunmer fire wizard (dragonknight, inferno staff and dual daggers)
I didn't make much use of ardent flame on my first dragonknight so I wanted to try out a character based around that, i.e. a fire mage. I imagine him as a renegade House Telvanni mage getting his hands dirty in the war for his own mysterious reasons

5. BJARNE THUNDER-SHIELD, a nord electric knight (sorcerer, battle-axe and sword/shield)
I got into the idea of making unorthodox builds in Ebonheart Pact, for whatever reason, so tried making a sorcerer tank. He's fairly good actually. I wanted him to look a bit out-of-place and futuristic, like he might be a time traveller or something


Right after armour dyes came out and I dyed all his gear electric blue


6. EOENSELENDE 'SRENHRYAS EIS, an altmer healer (templar, restoration staff and bow)
I'd never made an altmer character before, but I got interested in the idea after I read the description of an altmer ship by Michael Kirkbride:

Made of crystal and solidified sunlight, with wings though they do not fly, and prows that elongate into swirling Sun-Birds, and gem-encrusted mini-trebuchets fit for sailing which fire pure aetheric fire, and banners, banners, banners, listing their ancestors all the way back to the Dawn.

This is Old Mary at Water.

I posted in the other thread about her name but it's basically a lineage-name, recounting her succession from the ancesters behind the stars. And of course an altmer has to be a templar, because the sun is theirs

7. SINGS-IN-CRESCENT-MOON, an argonian witch-doctor (nightblade, restoration staff and destruction staff)
Probably the dodgiest idea of the lot, this is an attempt to make a sort of "dark healer" after noting how much of a general support you are in a group context as a typical nightblade, so I thought what if instead of doing all the siphoning and interrupting while dealing damage, you healed instead. So I made a grody argonian witch-healer. In part it's an apology for my Skyrim argonian who was a real psycho-killer (Mephala's fault really, with her horrible ebony blade)

8. M0LLIE KIRKBRIDE, a breton shieldmaiden (dragonknight, dagger/shield and bow)
It's amy pond crossed with the guy from braveheart basically. I think bretons occupy a weird continuum of real-world analogues, anywhere from a posh Norman knight to a Celtic warrior. I liked playing as my sorcerer tank - I think that the tank probably turned out to be the most interesting role to play in a group - and have been wanting a reason to make a red-haired lassie for some time, so here she is

This is when his adventure brought him to Shadowfen in Ice Furnace Armor (Before 1.3).



Then my character had a change look and became accustomed to Nords armory.
This is him in Full Nikulas Armor. His armor colored Red for his dedication toward the Ebonheart Pact.
