What for?

You need 20 hours for a maintenance?

20 hours to do what?

It’s our server upgrades and apparently something has gone wrong.

Scheduled originally for 14 hours.

And now for 20 hours, with no guarantee it won’t go longer as it’s already been extended twice now.

Wow, that is so wrongly timed, I was doing great in bg, I was actually killing it out there, what a bummer!

No complains for daily reward from me, or event reward for that matter, better server and gameplay is what I wish for when playing eso.
