Will we see the Twin Lamps in the Telvanni Peninsula?

I think it'd be really exciting to see an expansion of the Dunmer slave trade; it's something I've seen people mention regarding this upcoming DLC, as the Peninsula is not part of the Pact, and the Telvanni seem pretty slave-happy.

From Morrowind, the Twin Lamps is an abolitionist group that helps slaves escape. The new Meet the Character says: Hopefully no news is good news, and that you and the family still keep two lanterns in the farmhouse window.

Is there any previous mention of the Twin Lamps in ESO that I haven't seen? Is there another meaning here that I'm missing?

More specifically, you meet a character who is implied to have founded the organization. She's already using dual lanterns as a symbol, but the organization isn't yet called the Twin Lamps.

There's something moving about knowing that you can assist with its flourishing, since the Twin Lamps will ask you to free Hides-His-Foot in Morrowind... and the blackmail Hides offers will lead to Orvas Dren conceding to the Nerevarine's request to be named Hlaalu Hortator... which will lead to the Nerevarine defeating Dagoth Ur and destroying the Heart of Lorkhan... which will lead Almalexia to go mad from the loss of her powers and then lose her life trying to kill the Nerevarine... which will leave King Helseth the victor in his conflict with the Temple and allow him to outlaw slavery forever a few years later.

It's the ripple, not the sea that is happening, but it's a neat example of sparking the needed change, fitting for a questline for an Argonian companion.

EDIT: I'm not sure why the forums censored the Argonian term so I changed it.

I finally made it through the quest specifically; I waited to read these spoilers until then

And oh boy! What a doozy of a quest for Sharp-as-Night, that ending was so sad.

I love your point about the rippes @PrinceShroob, something I hadn't really seen myself but once you point it out, so poignant!
