Any way to filter forums?

I'm seeing a lot of what I assume is Dutch? All over everywhere. Is there a setting to make only English threads appear? Nothing against anyone here but I don't speak Dutch/German, and a Dutch/German thread, every other thread only clutters and muffles the flow of information to non Dutch/German/Whatever players.
