wherever. Unless from a PvP Matches NPC or other. [in]
My Nord Dragon Knight is level 12 and I did put a point into
Consuming Trap 1
Also after kill restores 4430 HP, 3245 Magicka, 3944 Stamina. For survival, this one looks better. If this skill point was wasted, I'll have to wait until I can reset the skill points. When can you reset the skill points?
I should be able to reset with gold like maybe 1000 gold per skill point. If it would requires 10,000 gold, that's possible. Yet for lower levels like mine 1000 gold would be more likely. Could do it for 100 gold if that's more reasonable at lower levels.

You can reset the skill points using gold, go to a main city and locate the shrines. The price differs depending on how many skill points you have I think, but its pretty inexpensive.

Like @Soarora said, the shrines let you do this. But I wouldn't worry about resetting skills this early on. With the Armory, you can have more than one build, and Barbed Trap is a widely used skill in PVE builds.

You're only Level 12. You are going to get dozens more skill points just playing the game. Below CP 160, there really is no reason to focus on a specific build. Yes, I know you can kind of focus on a sub-level 50 PVP build for that campaign, but that only lasts so long.
