Nirnhined and harmony.

Some time has passed since they nerfed harmony and now the necromancer is a piece of ***. What disappoints me is that the developers blatantly lie that the necromancer was so unconceived and that harmony should not work like that.

And then some time passed and I was overtaken by a question. Is there at least one content or build where the harmony is useful? Or has it become as useless as the Nirnhined on armor? In three years of playing, I have never used Nirnhoned on armor. Is there any benefit to it?

You would use Nirnhoned on smaller armor pieces, specially if you run light or medium armor, as the Reinforced buff is percentage based, thus less valuable in those pieces. But it's pointless since hitting average resistance (22-26k) or even cap resistance (33.5k) is pretty easy already.

P.S.: I mean the average resistance desired for tanks. As for DDs and healers, you'd want more significant traits on your build anyway.

I haven't used nor seen anyone using harmony post change.
