Java(TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding.......

Ok, so I download the installer(PC) from the right side of the account page. Save the file to my desktop and 2x click it. The file goes to 100% and I pick english for my language and nothing happens.
I get an error message that says: JAVA(TM) PLATFORM SE BINARY IS NOT RESPONDING
I've done everything I can think of from: downloading the installer again, update/reinstall Java, checking forums.
Any input would be much appreciated.
