How does one find a role-playing guild?

Usually, I'm not much into lore or RP in ESO, but I'm recovering from a major surgery and am going to be stuck in my room for a few months. I thought this might be a good time to flesh out my character a bit and connect with like-minded players. Do RP guilds exist in ESO? If so, how do you find one--just send out a zone blast?
