Ragebound Crown Crates question, and videos of drops

I have a question. Were we able to sell the gold style motifs for Crown gems once before? I could have sworn we use to be able to do this.

Anyway, I bought the 25 pack of Ragebound Crown Crates, and I received 4 Crown Crafting Motif 55: Dreadhorn Style books. I already know the style on my main, and have no interest in the books. The books are bound as well. I also bought a 15 pack of Ragebound Crown Crates, and received 1 Crown Crafting Motif 67: Welkynar Style. I also already know this book.

I wish I could sell these for Crown gems.

Pacrooti was also acting kinda strange, and just stopped dealing cards. I'm on PSN, and I had to hit my touch pad to exit Pacrooti. X, and O didn't work. He appeared to be bugged-out or something.

Also I had an instance with the previous crates where Pacrooti just 'froze' like it did for you.

In my case I had to 'zone' in order to coax him into going back to his shady dealings.
