- Constant network lags and ping spikes, up to the exit from the game with an unknown error. Just writes a non-persistent error, and then crashes out on the login window. During the jump ping of course ceases to work skills and all the interactive objects. Then or crash or normalize everything, but just for 5 minutes and then the ping jumps again.
- In one of the crashes with an error I closed the client and after his restart, he suddenly asked for the secret code to bind the device, as if I start first time the game! O_o
- Today, again the same situation ... I twice reached the last boss with the group in dunge, kill him, and all hangs. The second time I restarted the game client after the freez and the ejection with an error and... he completely thought I was starting the game from 0! Ie slipped saved login, and the game re-offered me to take the license agreement and I had all the graphics settings again/ What the hell is this?
It's just impossible to play!

I checked the right ports - all open.
Provider is great in other MMOs and network games, no problem! The speed of 100Mb.

almost same thing is happening with me. Game closes 7 times for no reason since the last patch ... doesn't matter what I am doing at the time ... but this is the Eu server, they have had problems of all kind with it for the last 9 years. Patch 8.3.6 might be one of the reasons this time but ... who knows

Sorry for having you try steps you've taken already. There could be something running in the background that is not allowing your browser to reset itself. Let's try a selective startup which will disable background services. Disabling background processes can be done by rebooting the PC into a selective startup. This will disable third party software running on the PC. Test your setup under the selective startup and see if the issue persists.

Secondly, if you enter exactly Login (Name), rather than email, it is absolutely normal login without any suggestions to change the password. That's the way it is.

I am totally unable to login to the EU server today. Been trying for a while to no avail. I thought maybe the server might be down. Checked server status online, it says it's fine. I am able to connect to NA no issues. Meantime, rebooted PC, turned off all and any whatever addons, rebooted again, etc. Still not able to log on to EU. Just keeps telling me cannot establish server connection. ugh.

you're lucky. I had a 42-year-experienced tech at my place on Wednesday to repair my ... whatever ... it took him 3 hours of reboots to finally have the modem to "talk" to the internet. Still no clue why it disconnected in the first place ...
