Several DC in Blackreach PC NA have Emperor Titles, but none are actual emps of campaign

Noticed the past few days that several DC in Blackreach on PC NA have the Emperor/Empress title. I'm not talking about Empieror/Empieress. The "pie" part is pretty easy to see after a couple seconds. I don't know if this is an issue in the other campaigns. I do remember there being an old bug with emperors in closed campaigns still being able to keep their titles, but that was fixed eons ago. I wonder if that is back. However, I haven't seen these titles on EP nor AD.

DirtyDeeds765✭✭✭✭Yeah I'd like to chime in here too. On PSNA, tons and tons of players have the "Emperor" title on their characters. Wayy more people have it than there are campaigns. This is certainly a bug and massive disrespect to people who manage to achieve the position. Fraudulent behavior.

"Former Emperor" is the established title for, well, former Emperors. It's a minor bug in the grand scheme of things but it is annoying to see people flaunting a title that they are not actually eligible for.0 -

The emp trading that is rampant on Blackreach is what really devalues the title. I'm a pretty average pvper and even I can wipe the floor with half of these "Former Emperors".
But yeah, ZOS should probably limit the Emperor title to only the player that is the actual Emperor at the time.3
