The same, it uses your skill level, she is just a portable deconstruct table

Unfortunately that makes her useless for me, because only one of my characters has crafting levelled up, so all the rest pass items through the bank to him to deconstruct.
But I suppose that's a good thing in a way, it's not a problem for me to do that and it means it's one less thing I'm tempted to buy.

I don't understand. She's available on all characters when bought, like the banker. And you don't have to be levelled in crafting to get the mats from deconstruction if you are over CP 160. What am I missing, because I have only have one master crafter as well, but no issues with the ragpicker.

the decon assistant is just insanely convenient and probably the best assistant besides the banker for me
the merchant assistant is ok for selling vendor food junk, but it falls way behind by being unable to repair your gear (heck i would have it repair my gear even if it cost 3x as much as a normal merchant just for the convenience factor)

This means level 32 and 3 skill points into the decon skills for wood, metal, cloth, jewels. Not a big investment once an alt has their basic combat skills.

Yes its another deconstructor. I bought it because there aren't many Dremora humanoids you can place in your home. With the two new character slots, having a decon on the go to level their professions up from anywhere.

I justify buying assistants if they DO something others can't (not because they appear and speak differently).
I'm disappointed that Aderene, other than being a Dremora, does nothing Gilidil can't do as a deconstructor.
It did not seem clear when I purchased Aderene.
I've played ESO for 5 years and it's been a good game overall.
But this is the second time I've been disappointed buying an assistant that seems to add some new functionality and really does nothing new other than present a different appearance.
It's kind of like pharmaceutical companies that take the same drug, rename it, change its shape and then market it as something new.
In a few words, if two assistants are functionally the same than ESO should state this.
